It looks like my actual sword strike is some kind of Quick Time Event. So, I hit my LMB once, the teeny-tiny, near-invisible cursor changes to a sword with a slash through it (indicating that I'm not supposed to hit that button again - as if I'm paying attention to the cursor shape instead of the guy attacking me with a sword), the character runs through its sword strike animation, and the cursor gets reset to a flaming sword (indicating that the LMB is OK to use again). This is slow. If I do the natural thing and just repeatedly hit the LMB because nothing seems to be happening, all that happens is the character waves his sword around over his head because the animation is getting interrupted and reset. Unplayable. This game is awful. The first 20 minutes of the game is cutscenes. Once those are over, in combat, you have to constantly change "fighting styles", if you don't then enemies will always dodge your attacks, with the message "Parry". Lastly, all of the character models in this game are completely broken, they look like this: https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/GzSlfhr.png. it can be seen boring for 1st episode, do not leave the game, continue on playing. The story is deeper than you think, add this game to your play before die list. Like the novels, every character in that game is a shade of grey, neither black nor white and do not forget, chose lesser evil. then you will find out the contradiction of what they meant by "evil". Cinematic before title screen : 10\/10Gameplay : 0\/10Story : 1\/10I'm tired on this game, in first time i'm happy because the cinematic is beautiful and very cool but when I starting the game... Amazing story, amazing and strong characters,even the side quests are amazing and enjoyable,Totally worth playing.. The writing, dialogues, the characters and the story are a solid 8\/10, but the animations, combat and visuals are 1\/10. Unfortunately, this game did not aged very well, if you can stomach the utter atrocious movement and combat, go for it, but i would recommend just reading the story at the wiki and watching some YT videos with the summary of the story, so you can move on to the second and the third game.
